The hardest part of systems engineering is the beginning.
Most systems-engineering software is built at the lowest common denominator. Learning new processes taken time away from delivering the programme, so delivery wins and the software never becomes part of the work. Yet teams are expected to commit before they have evidence that those new processes will pay back.
We built ARC around an ontology so it can adapt to your team. Through the Lighthouse programme, we support you in this process at no cost. You learn how to evolve it yourself and whether to continue only after you have used it in your work and seen the value for yourself.
Open to any team with a real system to build. We look for a clear project, a lead who will use it, and a deadline that makes the work real. Tell us what you are building and we will say whether this is your moment.

Your work continues after the three months. The account persists, at the end of three months, you decide whether ARC is right for your team. You will be entitled to a Lighthouse-participant discount on the standard price in effect at that time.

Three things, and none of them is a procurement process.
Bring a live project.
Choose a real programme with a clear outcome and deadline. ARC should become part of the work, not a parallel evaluation. Teams generally start with the subset of the programme that brings worst pain points.
Use ARC with your team.
Your team works in ARC as part of its normal engineering process. When something is unclear or does not fit, tell us and we will help resolve it
Work with us each month.
In a 45-minute working session, we review progress, unblock adoption, and make sure the model continues to reflect your programme. What worked, what did not, and what you would need before this replaced something you pay for today.

The right moment matters more than the size.
A four-person team shipping in November is a better Lighthouse team than a forty-person team with a research interest.
We are investing real time in this to improve our ontology language, so we select. Not on your size and not on your sector: on timing, complexity and fit for the programme.

Either side can stop at any point, with no notice and no consequence. A team that stops because ARC did not fit is a useful result, and we would rather have the honest debrief than the polite continuation. Your data is exportable throughout, including on the way out.

A call, then access.
A short call, both ways: your project, whether this is the right moment for your team, and exactly what you are getting. If it fits, we sign and you get direct access to the software.
The ontology session.
Ninety minutes. You bring what exists today; we help you shape your ontology so that you work on your programme’s own words as types in ARC, then load your real project on top. You leave with your system open in ARC and a model you can maintain yourself.
Your team runs it.
All the Pro features available for your team, plus the optional AI Agent in beta. Your own programme, run by your team rather than read about. We stay on hand as it grows, on process and on the ontology itself.
